Chamonix Leisure Park Rules and Regulations:
You are about to embark on a session full of excitement and discovery. However, having fun should not mean forgetting safety rules or failing to respect others.
It is important to take full responsibility for yourself and others and to remain at all times polite and considerate.
Moreover, in order to avoid any trouble, we urge you to adhere strictly to the rules of the park as they are defined here below.
1. Entry passes
Visitors are authorised to enter the Chamonix Leisure Park. They may access the games if they have valid bracelets or annual passes. These must be kept during the entire visit so as to be able to present them when asked. The bracelets are only valid for one day. Visitors must show a valid entry pass in the form of a bracelet, ticket or point card when getting on the chair lift or on the summer luge. Access to the park can be refused to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Using the installations and the leisure parks attractions
The park installations are at the disposal of those who respect the rules of their use. Staff are authorised to refuse entry to rides for violation of the rules and those denied will not be able to claim reimbursement of any kind. This clause also applies to those who attempt to cut in line. Each person is fully responsible for any damages caused either deliberately or by not respecting the rules.
In the event of rides having to be shut down due to the electricity being cut by a storm, lighting, high winds or other acts of God, no reimbursement, partial or otherwise, will be offered.
4. Playground usage
Play structures intended for children must not be used by adults.
5. Surveillance obligations
The Chamonix leisure park is not responsible for any minors within the premises of the park.
We request all parents or group leaders fulfil their duty in looking after those minors in their care. People in charge of looking after children will be held responsible for any damage caused by them.
6. Limitation of responsibility
Chamonix leisure park is independently controlled.
The park is only responsible for damages caused by failures in their own installations, staff or gross negligence. The park is in no way responsible for damages caused by objects brought into the park by visitors.
7. Declaring damages
The installations are looked after and maintained with care and attention. If during your visit you suffer a prejudice through no fault of your own, please alert a member of staff at the information park before leaving. You should also let the park know if you've witnessed an incident you think may risk provoking future damage. Only complaints made formally before leaving the park will be susceptible to compensation.
8.Droit de l’exploitant
The Chamonix leisure park is authorised to expel anyone disobeying park rules. We are only responsible for damages caused by our staff, either intentionally or by mistake. We take no responsibility for damages to personal belongings. This limitation of responsibility does not apply to risks relating to the life and safety of visitors. In the event one or more attractions are not working properly, our policy is not to extended any sort of compensation.
